Clean Freaks:

At the Screamin Peach, safety and cleanliness are non-negotiable. Our licensed estheticians, certified by the Colorado Office of Cosmetology, are trained to meet the highest Screamin Peach service standards. Each year, they complete continued education and certification through Barbicide® and the American Red Cross in bloodborne pathogen safety and infectious disease control.

We never double dip, always use non-latex gloves, and rigorously disinfect all hard surfaces. Our linens are washed at a minimum of 140°F to ensure the highest standard of hygiene.

Touch-Ups:

All Screamin Peach locations offer complimentary touch-up services for waxing and spray tans within 7 days of the original service. The touch-up appointment must be booked with the same provider from your previous appointment. Please reach out to your preferred location for scheduling. Touch-ups are not available to book online.

(P) & (V) Services:

We believe self-care is for everyone and proudly offer waxing services for all genders and presentations. However, certain anatomy requires additional training and time. To make booking easier, you'll see letters in parentheses next to our intimate services—(P) for penis and (V) for vulva. Please select your service based on your anatomy to ensure proper booking.

You’re welcome to add any notes to your appointment (pronouns, etc.) for our waxers and desk staff. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to your location of choice—we're happy to assist you in finding the service that best meets your needs!

Underage Clients:

There is no legal minimum age for waxing services; however, clients under 16 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before receiving any bikini waxing services. We do not perform Brazilian waxing on clients under 16.

In addition to written consent, the underage client themself must provide verbal consent. If they decline or appear uncomfortable or coerced, we will not proceed with the service, even with a signed form.

Merchandise Returns:

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, The Screamin Peach accepts most merchandise in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase.

Lingerie, skincare products, and sale items are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
